Genesis

Kendriya Vidyalaya ONGC Jorhat established in the month of February 1988 and started its operation in the session 1989 in a temporary building with ONGC’s support.

The KV shifted to its new building situated inside ONGC Office cum residential colony Jorhat Mariani in the year 7th May 1999 and started full functioning in permanent building.
